    If you need to cancel non-perishable items, please email us at online@eatenalive.co.uk and we'll arrange for the return of the items.

    While the items are in your possession, it's important to take reasonable care of them to ensure they remain in a saleable condition.

  2. Refunds for Damaged Items: If you receive a damaged item, we will refund the purchase price of the item if you provide proof of the damage. This includes broken jars and opened jars or bottles. Please take a photo of the damage and send it to us at online@eatenalive.co.uk along with your order number and a brief description of the issue.
