There are thousands of hot sauces available to buy, but only a handful have been through the fermentation process which gives addictive, satisfyingly savoury characteristics, complex flavours and a rounded chilli heat. Although technically preserved after a month, we ferment and mature each batch of sauce for up to six months to ensure the amazing flavours that have won our range so many awards.
